Veltrixq is a financial education business registered and operating in Thailand. Our registered address is 47/3 Phetkasem Road, Hat Yai, Songkhla 90110. We provide educational sessions and materials on personal finance matters for individuals and families.

Services are confirmed upon receipt of a written or verbal agreement and, where applicable, an advance payment. Session schedules are agreed between you and a Veltrixq team member. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred times, subject to availability. A service is considered active once confirmation has been issued by Veltrixq.
Fees for our services are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and are as quoted at the time of booking. Prices on our website are indicative and may vary based on specific client arrangements. Payment terms will be communicated prior to service commencement. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for future bookings with reasonable notice.
Fees are non-refundable once a service has commenced, except where Veltrixq cancels the service (see Section 6).
All materials produced by Veltrixq — including written reports, templates, session notes, and reference guides — are the intellectual property of Veltrixq. Materials provided to you are for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share Veltrixq materials without prior written consent.
All content on our website (text, design, graphics) is owned by or licensed to Veltrixq and may not be copied without permission.

Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We ask that all participants engage with our sessions respectfully and in good faith. Veltrixq reserves the right to discontinue services to any client whose conduct is disruptive, abusive, or inconsistent with a constructive learning environment. In such circumstances, no refund will be issued for sessions already delivered.
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
Our website is provided for informational purposes. You agree not to misuse it — including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or scraping content without permission. We may suspend access to the website for maintenance or update purposes without notice.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Songkhla Province, Thailand.
